Service Description

Initial consultation builds a picture of your current health through case-taking. Current diet and lifestyle will be assessed including work, recreation, exercise as well as stress and other contributors including emotional and physical factors. Further testing may be required and these can be arranged. An individualised treatment will be designed including dietary and lifestyle recommendations as well as nutritional and herbal medicine when required.

Cancelation Policy

We require 24 hours notice if you need to change your appointment. This allows us to give the space to another person.
